Creating Impactful Content As marketers and community builders, we play a key role in helping our users and community members make the most out of the products we support. This involves creating educational materials like easy-to-follow tutorials, comprehensive guides, and engaging webinars. These resources should cater to various user proficiency levels, ensuring everyone, from beginners to advanced users, can benefit.
One of my favourites regarding content is Bettermode. They have made gigantic investments in generating content, extensive guides, and ebooks you can download for free. On top of that, they host expert-led events regularly.
Reflective Questions:
What types of educational content are currently available for your users, and how well do they cover different skill levels?
How do you assess the effectiveness of your educational materials in helping users understand and use your product?
Sharing Success Stories Another powerful tool in our arsenal is sharing success stories from within the community. By highlighting how other customers are successfully using the product, we demonstrate its practical applications and inspire and motivate new users to explore its full potential. These stories can serve as real-world examples, showcasing the benefits and impact of the product in various scenarios.
